壁とグラフィックを複合させた「カルタ」というエレメントによって建築をつくりだします。「カルタ」には浅草や江戸の歴史や文化が紹介されており、それらをめくるようにシーンが展開します。各階ＸＹ方向に２枚ずつ配置されたカルタが、制震構造として機能します。浅草観光文化センターコンペ提出案。（中西ひろむ建築設計事務所と協働設計）

Create a building by the element of the wall and the graphics were complex ” Carta ” . The ” Carta ” has been introduced is Asakusa and the Edo of history and culture , a scene to turn them to expand . Carta which is arranged by two on each floor XY direction is , to function as a damping structure . Asakusa Tourism and Culture Center Competition submitted proposals .
