魚貝類販売（流通・小売）店舗インテリアです。市場を通さず漁師との独自のルートで魚貝類の流通をおこなう企業「橋本屋」のアンテナ店舗を計画しました。代々木にある築３０年の木造建築を改修しての新規出店です。改修前に使われていたカフェレイアウトを踏襲しカウンター、厨房等の配置が決められました。「手作り」ということをキーワードに、塗装等自らできるところは施主と設計者で行い、建築自身の美しさよりも、居心地の良さ、親しみやすさという店と客による空間の充足感が重視されました。
